We’re Proud to Achieve the Young Carers Bronze Award!

Our school is delighted to have been recognised with the Young Carers Bronze Award, celebrating our commitment to supporting young carers in our community. This award reflects the steps we’ve taken to ensure that pupils who help care for a family member feel understood, valued, and supported in school.

Today, we were honoured to be presented with the award by Karen Leightly from Young Carers, who praised our dedication to creating an inclusive and caring environment for all.

We believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, and we work closely with families to provide practical help, emotional support, and a safe space for young carers to share their experiences. Achieving this award is just the beginning – we will continue to build on this work to make our school a place where every child feels supported and valued.
