This week, we were pleased to welcome the BU team back into school to support our transition work. The children explored the idea of “red thoughts” and “green thoughts,” learning how we can recognise unhelpful or worrying thoughts and begin to reframe them in a more positive and helpful way. It was a valuable session that encouraged the children to reflect on their feelings and build confidence as they prepare for the next stage of their journey.
