Mental Health Awareness Week

Today, we painted pebbles as part of Mental Health Awareness Week. This activity gave children a calm and creative way to relax, express their feelings, and take time for themselves. It encouraged mindfulness, helped build confidence, and reminded children that it is okay to talk about emotions and look after their wellbeing. By taking part together as a school, we promoted kindness, connection, and positive mental health for everyone.
